TO ALL MEMBER CLUBS OF THE HDCA 

It has been brought to the attention of the HDCA Executive Committee that some venues are being left far from a spotless state after each days play. 

ALL CLUBS are reminded that they must leave ALL VENUES in a spotless state after every day of play and there is no excuse for not doing so. 

All amenities are to be left clean and tidy as well. 

All rubbish is to be removed from the venues. 

If there is any further complaints of this nature then heavy fines will be handed down to the two competing clubs at the affected venue/s.
